  • Perishables must be reported immediately.
  • Refunds for COD may be via UPI/bank transfer after verification.

Wrong item delivered
Request replacement/refund soon after delivery.
Damaged / expired
Report immediately (photo helps).
Missing items
Verified against order & delivery records.

Non-refundable cases

  • Issues reported after long delay without proof.
  • Damage due to customer handling after delivery.
  • Perishable items reported after extended time from delivery.

How refunds work

If eligible, we provide replacement or refund based on verification. For COD orders, refunds may be processed via UPI/bank transfer.

Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before packing/dispatch. Once packed/dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
